Contrary to popular belief, it is not the length of your pool table that denotes what size pool balls you need. Instead, it depends on the size of the pocket aperture - the distance between the two cushions at a corner pocket. Most pool tables are made for 2 inch balls but the only way to be 100% sure, is to either measure your balls with calipers or take an existing ball to your local pool table shop to compare.
