A pool table is an investment. If you buy right, it will provide decades on fun with minimal ongoing cost. If you buy wrong, then you may well end up with a lemon. Follow our suggestions to minimise your risk. Always, always, always but a slate bed table. Board tables are cheaper but are susceptible to warping within as little as a few months.
